What we collect
When you buy a TV, Stripe collects your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Stripe shares order and contact details with us. We do not receive your full card number.
What we do with it
We use your address to ship the TV. After payment, this shop emails an order confirmation through Resend. Stripe may email a payment receipt. When a carrier gives us tracking, a person forwards it. We use your phone number only if a carrier needs it for delivery. We retain order records for fulfillment, support and warranty requests. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.
What we don’t do
- No cookies. No analytics. No ad pixels. No third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds on any page.
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information for advertising. Payment and delivery partners receive the information needed to process your order.
- No marketing emails. No newsletter. No “we miss you.” Order confirmation is transactional mail for the purchase you just made.
- We don’t build advertising profiles on this website.
Ad attribution
If you arrived from an ad, the link carries a campaign tag (a utm_ parameter). We store that tag with your order so we know which ad worked. It identifies the campaign and is attached to your order. Tags are stored for the current browser tab and removed from the address bar.
Your cart
Your cart is stored in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device until you click checkout.
Who else sees anything
Stripe (payment, on Stripe’s hosted checkout), Resend (order confirmation email), and the freight carrier (name, address, phone, for delivery). If and when we confirm a manufacturer, that factory would receive the name and address printed on the shipping label. We do not currently have a confirmed Guangdong factory partner. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Your rights

The TV itself
The SimpleTVs design has no networking hardware, microphone, camera or smart-TV platform. Any streaming box or other device you connect has its own privacy behavior and policies.
