THE PICTURE IS THE POINT
The texture of a landscape. The tiny details in a game world. Give the things you love to watch a screen of their own.

3840 × 2160 · 50″ / 55″ / 65″Go big for sweeping movie landscapes and shared match days. Or choose 32″ or 43″ Full HD for a smaller room. The right picture starts with the right fit.
FIVE SIZES · ONE SIMPLE IDEAEvery model has a 60 Hz panel, refreshing the picture 60 times per second for everyday TV, films and games. The 4K models also accept HDR10 content from compatible devices.
YOUR CONSOLE · YOUR MOVIE NIGHTThe panels are the same high-quality screens used on smart TVs. We leave out the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microphone, and advertising platform. HDMI, antenna, optical, and analog audio are how you connect.
02 / LESS IS THE WHOLE POINT
Your screen should show what you choose. Connect a console, a streaming box, a laptop, or an antenna. The TV takes it from there.
A few good questionsGo straight to the device you plugged in. No app-filled home screen between you and movie night.
No Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or Bluetooth. A screen that doesn’t need a place on your network.
Three HDMI ports leave room for the things you love. Swap the streaming box whenever you want.
THE LG PRIVACY REPORTS / SEPTEMBER 2026
Recent LG reporting, and the same ACR debate around cheaper Hisense and Roku sets, puts a fair question back in focus: how much should a television know about the person watching it?
The Verge reports that Gamers Nexus found tested LG OLEDs using ACR—audio and video sampling—to identify viewing in the TV’s own apps and over HDMI. LG says ACR is optional audio fingerprinting for audience analysis, not screenshots, and that personalized ads need separate consent.
The Verge · Sep 8LG told TechRadar the Gamers Nexus claims are “not true,” and that voice, ACR, and interest-based ads are opt-in. UCL researcher Anna Maria Mandalari said the statement “does not address the full privacy picture,” including ACR while the set is used as an HDMI display.
TechRadar · Sep 12Level1Techs published notes on telemetry and advertising services on a tested LG G5. Those findings concern a particular configuration; behavior can vary across models and settings.
Level1Techs · Sep 5The disputed claims matter. The Verge, summarizing Gamers Nexus, says tested sets scanned the home network for phones and other devices, logged nearby Wi-Fi, and could capture microphone audio in standby, keep it while offline, and upload it after reconnecting. LG denies continuously recording conversations. It says unmatched wake-word audio is not stored or transmitted, and is not uploaded later when connectivity returns. Network scans, it says, are a standard smart-TV function. Voice, ACR, and interest-based ads are optional, it says. Read the Gamers Nexus report, The Verge, TechRadar, and LG’s response.
Texas settled with LG. In May the state announced an agreement requiring clearer viewing-data disclosures and informed consent. The agreement includes no admission of wrongdoing. That same announcement said cases against Sony, Hisense, and TCL remained ongoing. Texas Attorney General, May 11 · Agreed judgment.
The cheaper aisle is in the same debate. Texas’s Hisense complaint describes purchasing a 32-inch Hisense Google TV from Walmart.com and walking through setup. A December 2025 order temporarily barred Hisense from collecting Texans’ ACR data while that case proceeds. Those are allegations and an injunction, not a verdict. Hisense’s own U.S. notice describes optional ACR that hashes on-screen audio—including HDMI, consoles, and antenna—and uses it for advertising on other devices that share the TV’s IP address. Consumer guides for Roku TVs, often Hisense, TCL, or Roku-branded, document a Smart TV Experience / “Use info from TV inputs” toggle for the same class of tracking. Settings and firmware vary. A stick you plug in has its own privacy policy. Texas Hisense petition · Hisense ACR notice · Tom’s Guide.
